Tamara Moseley, LMHC
You deserve more than just space to vent—you deserve space to exhale, be seen, and heal at your own pace. I support adults navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, grief, and life transitions through a warm, trauma-informed, and culturally-affirming approach.
My style is person-centered and collaborative. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and holistic practices to help you understand emotional patterns, build healthier coping tools, and reconnect with your inner strength. I also hold certifications in Culturally-Adapted Dialectical Behavior Therapy (C-DBT) and Certified Mental Health and Nutrition Clinical Specialist (𝙲𝙼𝙽𝙲𝚂). These certifications allow me to weave in both culturally-attuned strategies and mind-body practices to support your healing from multiple angles. We’ll move at a pace that feels safe and sustainable—guided by your goals, your story, and your voice.
As a BIPOC clinician, I understand the importance of safe, representative spaces. This work is both my passion and my purpose—to support healing within communities that have too often been left out. If you’re ready to begin or continue your healing journey, I’d be honored to walk beside you.
